GSAP Partnership Conference

Employers, training providers, policymakers, and green economy stakeholders from across the Southwest attend the Southwest Green Skills Advisory Partnership (GSAP) Conference.

This engaging half-day event brings together leaders and practitioners to explore current developments in green skills, workforce planning, international collaboration, and emerging opportunities to support the region’s transition to a sustainable economy.

The conference features keynote presentations, sector updates, the launch of an exciting new Green Skills initiative, and facilitated roundtable discussions designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The Green Skills Advisory Panel Conference is an event we are pleased to host quarterly. It is organised by Exeter College for members of the panel who share the same goal within construction; To foster a proactive GSAP community that collaborates across industries to attract new talent to the sector while also providing robust support for the existing workforce.

Since being established by Exeter College in 2022, we have become the central hub for GSAP. We are proud to continue welcoming this event and its growing membership.

Why our venue worked for them?

We worked closely with the organisers to agree on a versatile room layout that best suited the event. The organiser chose from a range of options from our catering menu; all freshly made for the day of the event. Our event space worked for them because of our free parking spaces – this arrangement is ideal for the members that travel across the region to attend. Our dedicated events team is always on hand to support with anything!

“The Future Skills Centre provides an outstanding venue for our Green Skills Advisory Panel conference. The team were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout, ensuring all of our requirements were met, including a range of catering needs for delegates. The facilities are first-class, with modern, high-tech conference spaces that created a professional and engaging environment for everyone attending. Free on-site parking and an accessible location made the experience even more convenient for delegates travelling from across the region. What makes the venue particularly special is knowing that every booking helps support Exeter and North Devon Colleges Group and enhances opportunities for its learners. We would highly recommend the Future Skills Centre and look forward to hosting future events there.”
